The Role: The objective of this role is to help make Faith Manufacturing operations run efficiently. This individual should have the ability to work as a team, make decisions about the parts they are handling, and work closely with their supervisor to ensure the proper handling of parts and job duties. Being a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills is necessary for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret client specifications and blueprints, write programming for CNC Machines, set up the machine and monitor it as it operates
- Make a critical impact to our company’s reputation, ensuring the superiority of our products by following inspection protocols and detecting errors before products are released
- Sets up (when necessary), writes programs and edits existing programs, and operates Fanuc controlled machinery
- Determines the most effective and efficient method to run a part
- Produce coded program for the CNC machine
- Follow written and verbal procedures for machining and other duties
- Read and Work from work order routings, prints, sketches, layout sheets, written and verbal instructions to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
- Understand post processor editing and customization
- Work to optimize current and future CNC programs, including increasing feeds/speeds, reducing machining quality risks, and communicating necessary standard work information to the machinist
- Report operating difficulties of equipment to the supervisor
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Numerical control machining skills experience.
- Between 1 + years CNC machine tool Programming & Operating experience
- Mastercam experience a plus
- Must be safety minded and be able to follow safety guidelines
- Must be able to adhere to company policies and procedure
- Ability to communicate with people and follow verbal and written instructions
