We were excited to learn that Wednesday, May 3rd, is commonly known as National Trade Skills Appreciation Day.
We found this to be an appropriate time to honor our skilled force at Faith Manufacturing, as we just celebrated Employee Appreciation Day. We started doing this special celebration a few years ago to show our gratitude to our employees. We also use this time to recognize our tenured employees who have hit a 25-year milestone with us here at Faith Manufacturing. Everything we’ve accomplished here at Faith Manufacturing boils down to the high-quality work that our beloved tradesmen do daily. This is why we intentionally take time to recognize our employees and those who make this industry great.
It is important to honor the skilled workers who have dedicated their lives to mastering the craft of precision machining. These individuals are the backbone of Faith Manufacturing and the manufacturing industry. With their expertise, the world is able to produce the high-quality products that we rely on every day. From drilling rigs and subsea production trees to flow control systems, they produce specialized products for some of the largest companies in the world. We know what it takes to provide products for critical service applications.

At Faith Manufacturing, we operate nearly 50 pieces of equipment, including a full line of CNC Lathes, Mills, and EDM and a line of manual machine tools. Machinists must understand mathematics, physics, and mechanics to ensure that each component they create is accurate and precise. It’s important to recognize the specialized skill set that our work requires. We’re always proud of the attention to detail and precision our workforce puts forth daily.
